License Suspension - 12 months (BAC of .08 less than .15)
License Suspension - 18 months (BAC of .15 less than .19)
License Suspension - 24 months (BAC greater .20)
Second DUI Conviction
Imprisonment -mandatory 60 days of 18 months
Fine - $750 to $2,500
License Suspension - 24 months (BAC of .08 less than .15)
License Suspension - 24 months (BAC of .15 less than .19)
License Suspension - 30 months (BAC greater .20)
Third DUI Conviction
Class G Felony
Imprisonment - minimum 1 year, up to 2 years
Fine - From $1,500 to $5,000
License Suspension - 24 months (BAC of .08 less than .15)
License Suspension - 30 months (BAC of .15 less than .19)
License Suspension - 36 months (BAC greater .20)
Fourth DUI Conviction
Class E Felony
Imprisonment - minimum 2 years, up to 5 years
Fine - From $3,000 to $7,000
License Suspension - 60 months regardless of BAC
